In order to process payment transactions for Obopay India Customers, Obopay India may send the Customer's name to the receiver of a payment so that the receiver may properly identify the Obopay India Customer who is sending the payment.

Because of the way that World Wide Web communication standards work, when you arrive at or leave the Obopay India Website, we automatically receive the Web address of the site that you came from or are going to. We also collect information on which pages of our Website you visit while you are on the Obopay India site, the type of browser you use and the times you access our Website. We use this information only to try to understand our customers' preferences better and to manage the speed and response time of our own website pages (i.e. load on our servers), so as to improve our service and your experience with Obopay India. When a Customer sends a payment to, or requests a payment from, an individual who is not a registered member of Obopay India, we will retain the information that the Customer submits to us, including, for example, the other party's phone number or email address and/or name, for the benefit of the Customer who is attempting to contact the non-Customer, so that the Customer can see a complete record of his/her transactions, including incomplete transactions. We will contact the non-Customer to inform them of the transaction or referral. Additionally, these non-Customers have the same rights to access and correct information about themselves (assuming that their email addresses were correct enough to reach them) as anyone else who uses Obopay India.

Obopay India will not sell or rent your personal information to others for their marketing purposes. Information obtained from third parties and linked with your personal information is safeguarded by confidentiality agreements and to the extent required by law.

When we partner with another party to provide specific services, and a customer signs up for those services, we share only the contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide such services.
